Why Birth Photography?
No matter where or how you give birth, your baby's birthday will be one of the most transformative days of your family's life. With a birth photographer, you and your partner can stay present, while every beautiful detail of your birth story is archived through images. How you choose to labor, the people in your birthing space, the moment you meet your baby, the first feed, and more can all be documented to remember and cherish the rest of your life.
The "Birth Story" Package
I am a DONA-trained birth doula with a bachelor’s degree in fine art photography from Smith College. My goal is to capture the whole story and raw beauty of birth in every form. From hospital inductions to home births, my mission is to document all the small details of your your birth journey. I take the “fly-on-the-wall” approach, and am a silent support person in your birthing sphere.
$700 + travel fee if outside Washington County, ME

In-person meeting around 35 weeks, to get to know one another and discuss all the details.

24/7 on-call availability from week 37 of your pregnancy until your baby arrives. This means my phone is charged and on 24/7, I take a separate car to family events in case I need to leave, I don't leave the state or book other big events, as well as always ensuring childcare availability for my two young boys to make sure I am available for your birth.

Labor and delivery coverage from active labor until birth, and up to 2 hours after birth to capture those first moments of bonding.

100+ professionally edited digital images delivered within 4 weeks in a private online gallery for downloading, along with printing rights.
